Order confirmations are issued for all web orders and must be checked carefully with regard to product codes and pricing.
Goods ordered incorrectly, or no longer required must be reported to Swift’s within 7 days of the original delivery date and boxed packaged as new.
We will charge a ‘restocking charge’ of 20% of the invoice value of the goods returned/restocked.
Please Note: We are unable to collect goods that have been discontinued or ordered specially and we will only collect from the original address stated at time of order, or your default delivery address.
Any goods damaged in transit must be reported to Swift within 48hrs of receipt. Impact damaged items may need to be inspected by an Area Sales Manager before collection can be agreed.
Please Note: The following manufacturers require an uplift number for damaged goods – Amica – Candy – Indesit – Hoover – Hotpoint. Please contact these manufacturers on the number shown below.
Faulty goods from some manufacturers will only be collected on proof of a valid manufacturer uplift number. Where goods have been fitted we may require the name, address and postcode of the end user to enable us to ensure the goods have been inspected by the manufacturer and could not be repaired on site.

If you cancel your order prior to dispatch any payments made via Worldpay™ will be refunded within 2 working days to the original card used when making the payment.
Items returned as not required / damaged / faulty etc. will be refunded upon inspection of returned goods. Items returned paid for by credit card, will be refunded to the original card used when the item was purchased.
